1、概述: sbwr、sbwz系列(lie)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)、熱(re)電(dian)(dian)阻溫度變(bian)送器是(shi)ddz系列(lie)儀(yi)表中的(de)(de)現場安裝式(shi)溫度變(bian)送器單元(yuan),與工(gong)業(ye)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)、熱(re)電(dian)(dian)阻配套使用,它采用二線(xian)(xian)制(zhi)傳輸方式(shi)(兩根導線(xian)(xian)作(zuo)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)源輸入和(he)信號(hao)輸出(chu)的(de)(de)公用傳輸線(xian)(xian))。將工(gong)業(ye)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶(ou)、熱(re)電(dian)(dian)阻信號(hao)轉換成(cheng)(cheng)與輸入信號(hao)或與溫度信號(hao)成(cheng)(cheng)線(xian)(xian)性的(de)(de)4-20ma、0-10ma的(de)(de)輸出(chu)信號(hao). 該溫度變(bian)送器可直接(jie)安裝在(zai)熱電(dian)偶、熱電(dian)阻的接(jie)線(xian)盒內與(yu)之形成一(yi)體化(hua)結構。它(ta)作為新一(yi)代測溫儀表可廣泛應用(yong)與(yu)冶金(jin)、石(shi)油、化(hua)工(gong)、電(dian)力、輕工(gong)、紡(fang)織、食品、國防(fang)以及科研等工(gong)業(ye)部門。 2、一體化(hua)溫度(du)變送(song)器主要特(te)點: ·采用(yong)硅橡膠或環氧(yang)樹(shu)脂密封結構,因此(ci)耐(nai)震、耐(nai)濕、適合在惡劣的現場環境安裝(zhuang)使用(yong)。 ·現(xian)場(chang)安裝在熱(re)電偶、熱(re)電阻的(de)接線盒內使用,直(zhi)接輸(shu)出4-20ma、0-10ma的(de)輸(shu)出信號(hao)。這樣既節約了昂貴(gui)的(de)補償導線費(fei)用,又提高(gao)了信號(hao)遠(yuan)距(ju)離傳輸(shu)過程中的(de)抗干擾(rao)能力; ·熱電偶(ou)變送器具有冷端溫(wen)度(du)自動補償功能; ·精度(du)高(gao)、功耗低(di),使(shi)用環境溫度(du)范(fan)圍(wei)寬,工作穩定可靠; ·適用范(fan)圍廣、既可以(yi)與熱電(dian)(dian)偶、熱電(dian)(dian)阻形成(cheng)一(yi)體(ti)化現場(chang)安裝結構,也可以(yi)作(zuo)為功能(neng)模塊安裝在檢(jian)測設備中(zhong)和儀表盤(pan)上使用; ·智能(neng)型(xing)溫度變送器(qi)可(ke)通過hart調(diao)制解調(diao)器(qi)與上位(wei)機通訊或與手持(chi)器(qi)和pc機對變送器(qi)的(de)型(xing)號、分度號、量(liang)程進(jin)行(xing)遠(yuan)程信息管(guan)理、組(zu)態、變量(liang)監測、校準和維護功能(neng); ·智能型溫度變(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)可按用戶實際(ji)需要調整變(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)的顯示方(fang)向,并顯示變(bian)(bian)送(song)器(qi)所測的介質溫度、傳感器(qi)值的變(bian)(bian)化、輸出電(dian)流和百分比例; 3、工作原理(li): 熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)偶或熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)阻傳感器(qi)將(jiang)被測(ce)溫度(du)(du)轉換(huan)成電(dian)(dian)信號,再將(jiang)該(gai)信號送入(ru)變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)入(ru)網(wang)絡(luo),該(gai)網(wang)絡(luo)包(bao)含調零和熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)偶補償等(deng)相關電(dian)(dian)路。經調零后的(de)信號輸(shu)入(ru) 到(dao)運算放大器(qi)進行信號放大,放大的(de)信號一路經v/i轉換(huan)器(qi)計算處(chu)理后以4-20ma直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)輸(shu)出(chu);另一路經a/d轉換(huan)器(qi)處(chu)理后到(dao)表頭顯(xian)示。變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)的(de)線(xian)(xian)性化(hua)電(dian)(dian)路有(you)兩(liang)種(zhong),均(jun)采(cai)用(yong)反饋(kui)(kui)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)。對(dui)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)阻傳感器(qi),用(yong)正(zheng)反饋(kui)(kui)方(fang)(fang)式(shi)校正(zheng),對(dui)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)偶傳感器(qi),用(yong)多段折線(xian)(xian)逼近法進行校正(zheng)。一體化(hua)數字顯(xian)示溫度(du)(du)變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)有(you)兩(liang)種(zhong)顯(xian)示方(fang)(fang)式(shi)。lcd顯(xian)示的(de)溫度(du)(du)變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)用(yong)兩(liang)線(xian)(xian)制方(fang)(fang)式(shi)輸(shu)出(chu),led顯(xian)示的(de)溫度(du)(du)變(bian)(bian)送器(qi)三線(xian)(xian)制方(fang)(fang)式(shi)輸(shu)出(chu)。 |
