鎢錸熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶是(shi)1931年由Goedecke(戈徳克)首先研制出來的,在(zai)60至70年代得以發展的成功的難熔金屬(shu)熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶。鎢錸熱(re)電(dian)(dian)偶的特點是(shi):熱(re)電(dian)(dian)極絲(si)熔點高(3300℃),蒸氣壓低,極易氧化;在(zai)非氧化性氣氛中化學穩定性好。電(dian)(dian)動勢大,靈敏度高,主要還是(shi)價(jia)格(ge)便宜(yi)。
鎢錸熱電偶分度(du)號(hao)有(you)W/(W-26Re),(W-3Re)/(W-25Re),(W-5Re)/(W-26Re)和(W-5Re)/(W-20Re)等(deng)。長(chang)期使(shi)用(yong)溫(wen)度(du)為2000~2400℃,短期使(shi)用(yong)可(ke)達3000℃。

7:清洗

8:退火
成品絲材退火溫(wen)度1200-1500°,時間30-60min
